Book size annual Plazm Magazine emerged from an open forum arts collective and has parlayed into many provocative things. The mag is wicked!  Unmatched, it’s an art magazine done by high design graphic artists from the punk scene in Portland. There are some great old style fanzine music pages in the most recent issue covering bands like The Wipers, Dead Moon, and Team Dresch. Cool photo essays.
