Coolio General 54 in Montreal’s Mile End district is a treasure trove of fab local designers, Vintage, and co-owner Jen Glasgow’s own cute clothing line “Glasgow.” It’s also an occasional art gallery with not-to-miss events!  Their sister store, Local 23, is unique shop selling silkscreens, poster art, inexpensive vintage/thrift and local music. Treat the February blues by popping over to their end and doing some shop therapy!
