Fans of David Lynch will find the Photography of LA’s young Alex Prager captivating!  Her ‘Week-End’ Exhibition is running in LA through March 6 at M+B Gallery and NYC at the Yancey Richardson through February 20th.  Her large format color images are purely cinematic. As with our Dead Cool pick ‘Barbara,’ her work captures the surface glamourous side of LA but with distressed underpinnings. A self-taught award-winning Photographer, she makes fabulous use of wigs, vintage clothes, and dramatic heavy makeup in her photo shoots. Gallery time!
